     At Signature Homes, we understand that not everyone wants a "one size fits all" home. That is why we are in the process of building a dedicated Model Home and Design Center to ease your building experience and assist you in the personalization of your new home.  We have recently sold our first Model Home, The Bay Hill, and have started the construction of the our new model home seen above.   We plan to host the Grand Opening of this extraordinary home early this summer. 

       Whether you choose a home from the Signature Homes' Portfolio of Plans or bring us you own plan, we understand that picking the plan is just the first step in our customer-focused process.  Your next stop will be our Model Home & Design Center where we will assist you in choosing the personal features of your new home.  If your home is your blank canvas, think of the Design Center as your palette, paints and brush.  During your Design Center Appointment, you will be selecting options from among brick, siding, stone, shingles, carpet, ceramic tile, vinyl flooring, hardwood flooring, interior colors, cabinets and countertops.  During your visit, you'll bring your new home to life with your personal taste, and design a space that suits your lifestyle.
